Joining the dental field more than 35 years ago, Amalia uses her wealth of knowledge and experience to give our patients the best possible care. Her fun, friendly attitude makes her a pleasure to be around, and she’s never short on smiles!
Amalia and her husband, David, have two grown children, Halie and Hunter, as well as a dog. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, enjoys shopping, and loves to travel!
George
Bilingual Coordinator

George schedules new patient appointments and offers Spanish language translation to patients during their evaluations, as well as from staff appointments when needed.
George was born in California, but spent much of his childhood in Guadalajara, Mexico. He returned to the US for college, earning a Bachelor's in Business Administration Management. He and his wife, Julia, have one son, Junior. He is passionate about soccer, outdoor activities, and film.
Gresha

Gresha brings many years of experience in both orthodontics and management. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong foundation in office operations, insurance coordination, and team support.
Gresha was born and raised in East Tennessee. When she’s not at the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her two children, exploring new restaurants, attending sporting events, traveling, and shopping.
Jada
Orthodontic Assistant/Marketing

Jada assists Dr. Eberting with treatment procedures, educates patients on orthodontic care and treatment plans, and manages our office’s marketing.
Born and raised in Maryville, Jada loves traveling and enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She also likes shopping and warm weather.
Jenna

Jenna assists Dr. Eberting as he manipulates and corrects our patient's teeth, one beautiful smile at a time. She attended the Dental Staff School of Knoxville to obtain her assisting certification.
Jenna loves dolphins and her favorite colors are purple and blue. She is Bama born and bred, and with that being said, ROLL TIDE ROLL!
Kristy

Kristy helps to make our patients’ experience the best it can be, from checking them into their appointments to coordinating billing and finance. She is a dependable, hard-working member of our admin team. Her positive, upbeat attitude makes for a great atmosphere.
Kristy and her husband, Randy, have a cat named Penelope, and a dog named Lola. Kristy loves cruising, driving through the mountains, and reading a good book.

Kylene graduated from dental school in 2014 and worked in general dentistry for several years before switching to orthodontics. Now, she spends her days greeting patients, perfecting their smiles, and sharing laughs with the rest of our team.
Kylene grew up in East Tennessee with a love for the mountains and the beach. She has two beautiful children, a husband who is a gearhead, and a sweet pup, Layla. When she’s not at work, you can find Kylene at home cooking or reading a book.
Nikki
Clinic Coordinator

Nikki, a trained Registered Dental Assistant, has worked in dentistry for more than 30 years. With us since 2023, she assists with patient care and makes sure our clinical team runs smoothly.
Nikki has one daughter and loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys karaoke, UT football, and just having fun!
Tammy

Because she works most of the day adjusting patients’ braces, Tammy gets to spend a lot of her time talking with patients and getting to know them. Her favorite part of her job is seeing our patients smile at the end of treatment, knowing that she helped make them happy.
Tammy is a mom of four boys and spends most of her time watching them play sports. She has a love for photography, the outdoors, and being on the water!
Victoria
Scheduling Coordinator

Victoria is one of our friendly staff that schedules appointments, answers the phones, and goes over treatment details with our patients. She loves greeting our patients with a smile and making them feel welcomed.
Victoria and her husband moved to East Tennessee from North Carolina a few years ago. When she is not in the office, Victoria does art commissions, travels with her husband, and enjoys time with her children and grandchildren.
